Refund Policy

Effective June 17, 2026

We want you to be happy with BuildPlan Pro. If it isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or of any renewal charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at afkartifactco@gmail.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout, and we will process the refund for you. Payments are processed by Stripe, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

When Refunds Apply

  • Within 14 days of the charge being made, for any reason — no questions asked.
  • Outside the 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion and are typically granted for clear billing errors or extended service outages.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. You will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing inside the app, which opens the secure billing portal.

Free Trial

New accounts include a 14-day trial that does not require a payment method. You will not be charged unless you start a paid subscription.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
